Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and AC Servo Amplifiers are the backbone of modern textile stenter machines and automated conveyors. Heat, humidity, and lint accumulation are primary causes of premature IGBT power module degradation.

Recommended Maintenance Checklist:

1. Clean cooling fan heat sinks quarterly using compressed dry air.
2. Inspect DC bus electrolytic capacitors for swelling or leakage.
3. Check terminal block torque specs to prevent loose arc heating.
